Guest Policy

The Department of Health and U.K. Government have published guidelines on protecting yourself from coronavirus and minimising the spread of infection. This is being updated regularly and we are keeping a close eye on this ever-changing situation. We have put measures in place to ensure the health and safety of guests as far as is possible.

To minimise the risk for all our guests we are asking everyone to follow the necessary guidelines regarding personal hygiene and Covid-19, working with us to minimise the risk.

We shall continue to monitor the situation and shall keep you updated.

If you have Covid-19 symptoms please do not check in to Erne Villa.
Main Symptoms Are:

• High temperature
• Cough
• Loss of taste and/or smell

If you have been abroad please contact the host/owner before booking your stay.

We have put the following measures in place:

• Wall mounted hand sanitisers placed at the front and back doors.
• Anti-bacterial handwash will continue to be provided in showers rooms, bathroom and utility room.
• Keys will be sanitised.
• Frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned and sanitised, including light switches, door handles, mirrors, cupboard doors etc.
• Exterior seating will be cleaned and sanitised.

During your stay we ask you to adhere to Government and Department of Health guidance on hygiene and safety regarding Covid-19. If you develop Covid-19 symptoms during your stay please notify the host immediately and continue to follow Government guidance.
